SHIPPING TIMELINES 

Orders take on average 1 - 2 days to be processed and then shipped:

-Monday-Friday Before 12:00 PM (ET) will be Shipped Out the Same Day.

-Monday-Friday After 12:00 PM (ET) will be Shipped Out the Next Day.

-Saturday-Sunday will be Shipped Out on Monday.

For US Orders:

Shipping will be calculated upon checkout and is dependent on the shipping address and weight of order. Shipping typically starts at $7+

We offer a variety of shipping options from Ground, 2-Day Express and Priority Overnight.  

For International Orders:

International shipping options outside of the US, will be calculated upon checkout and typically start around $25+

 During Holidays If the Post Office is closed, the order will be shipped out on the following weekday that the Post Office is open.

RETURNS

NO REFUNDS ISSUED.

WE HAVE A 14-DAY RETURN for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT POLICY, WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ITEM TO REQUEST A RETURN for an EXCHANGE or for STORE CREDIT.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unworn, unused, with tags and its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To initiate a return simply contact us at: support@lafortestudio.com to request. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a reference number/email and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items will not be accepted if the request isn't completed first and no reference number is provided.

After we receive your package, your store credit will be processed within 4 business days or, if available, the exchanged item will be sent out. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you will need to pay for the shipping costs for the items to be returned. If exchanging an item, we will pay for the shipping costs for the items that are sent back to you.

CONSIDERATIONS

We would hate for you to experience any delays in receiving your order therefore please make sure the shipping address is correct. Once the order is placed and confirmed we are unable to make changes.

We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit with the carrier. Especially packages that are stolen and left unattended at the delivery address. 

In the unfortunate circumstance that you do experience a delayed or lost package we’ll be happy to assist you in tracking the shipment via the carrier. If the package is lost we will assist you with the steps involved in filing a claim via the carriers website. LFS only covers insurance for up to $100 per shipment meaning you are responsible for any claim over this amount.
